Jeremie x Aelita

Of course I've seen Final Round, and I did mean before it. I am sorry about that.

The reason I said so is because William and Ulrich do gain a respect and somewhat of a friendship with one another after "Lyoko Minus One." but before "Final Round." Odd's a little harder, since he didn't interact with William as much, but I figure with Odd, anything homosexual couple is possible, along with the heterosexual couple I specified eariler.

I believe that Milly/Tamiya makes sense, since they share some key interests, personality traits, and are best friends, but anything homosexual relationship involving Yumi, Aelita, and Sissi I cannot and will not support.

First of all, every single one of those girls is very heterosexual, and I don't need canon pairings to prove it.

Aelita: Even without Jeremie around, Herb is attracted to her. Not to mention that she has on more than one occasions made fun of Yumi and Ulrich's relationship in connection with her own ("A Bad Turn") and can be quite commanding over men if she wanted to be. ("Tempoary Insanity", "March of the Zombies.")

Yumi: William is after her, and she has stated that he was "interesting" at one point to make Ulrich jealous.

Sissy: Why else would she have her two cronies be boys? Loyal minions always have to have some reason to lead. This one just happens to be attraction.

Second of all, there is no evidence support homosexual relations between any of them, both in terms of the show, or in terms of character concept. Sissy is hated by those two for several reasons; I think that's enough to take herout of the situation, and Yumi and Aelita? They already have enough evidence supporting relationships with guys (Jeremie and Ulrich), and they are completely different people in terms of personality and tastes. And let me tell you from personal experience: Opposites attract doesn't work.

The only thing I hate for both of the couple is stubbornness. Jeremy is just stubborn all together. And too me, once Aelita makes up her mind she doesn't change it unless she feels like it.

I don't think it's changed. I think they respect eachother more, and are both becoming stronger. Even though this very fact can sometimes make then clash, it just shows the other who they really are. When you've known someone for as long as these two have, you're gonna see the other person at his worse, and at his best. This knowleage helps the couple understand each other. I think it's only strenghtend their bond.

Since I didn't answer the question I put forward, I will now.

Well, you make a very good point involving how they are in love without dates and sex, but I believe that it's a step beyond love at first sight. Yes, Jeremie fell in love when he met her, but it's more than that. Each and every single day after that point, he found something about Aelita that was extremely fascinating about her from many different standpoints. these feelings increased episode after episode. I would call it. "Exponential Love" since his love increased in a very exponential quality, such as doubling or tripling each time.

I really enjoy the romantic sentiments expressed by you guys. I agree that they have a very deep loving relationship that is not explicitly about sex. What I mean by this that we don't get thier internal monolouges, and so the thoughts may have occured to them. We also don't really have any evidence that they don't go out on dates.... the show doesn't really have a strict timeline. It seems like some days Xana attacks for a day or two in a row, and then gives them a slight break while it calculates its next move. it is quite possible that they have been on a lot of dates, although this would conflict greatly with jeremie's character as presented. He seems like to much of a workaholic to actually go out on a lot of dates... but I think he is willing to break that habbit for Aelita. My two cents. , but I do enjoy hearing all of the fellow JXA fans... to much OXA fanfiction, even though I do enjoy it sometimes...but that is another topic all together.

Yeah, but I don't like to mention Sissy with any character, if I can help it.

Every time she insults Jeremie or something like that, since I'm sure this has happened before (personal experience with the cliques, ladies and gents) I expect Aelita to get in her face.

But I have an issue as of late. I'm hoping all of us haveseen Double Trouble, and that horrible display by Moonscoop, claiming that Aelita wouldn't catch a false Jeremie by "Women's Intuition." Makes me want to strangle the writers.

XANA has stolen Aelita's memories before, and and maybe he figured out all the little things that would scream "NOT JEREMIE" to Aelita, you know? That would make sense, especially after The Key.

However, one person's perspective can be fooled, but Odd had a different one from Aelita, and thusly, was able to catch a glimpse of the beast within.

Or maybe it was because Jeremie called Odd when he was RIGHT NEXT to the clone, and... well... he was attacked in short order.

I think Odd was guessing. Aelita knows Jeremie better than ANYONE else in the group, but noone's perfect. I mean, it is POSSIABLE XANA could be that clever and fool her, but I doubt it. She was just *smirk* being human, and getting one wrong. Plus, I have to defend her anyway. Last time there was a Jeremie clone, (XANA's kiss), the way she realized it wasn't him is soon after the clone kissed her. She knew Jeremie wouldn't be so bold all of a sudden. HOWEVER, the clone Jeremie this time made no mistakes to Jeremie personality. The only way anyone would have been able to tell, in my opianan, was how he spoke. If you notice, his voice is just SLGHTLY monotone.
