Why would Franz hurt(and try to kill) his own daughter? I mean Franz to me is one of those guys who would DO ANYTHING to have Aelita alive. And I mean anything.

As for me I'm patient enough to wait and just be awed, so I'm not gonna make any speculations on this one. I like suspense. LOL

But hopefully with Season 4, we'll learn more of the history of Lyoko (Franz Hopper, XANA, etc.), and a few of our questions will finally be answered. In regards to the concept art that was given to us for Season 4, remember, these are just concept art. For all we know they may make more changes (we don't have until March to actually see the new episodes) and that the ones we see aren't the final designs. But I'm liking what we see so far for the season 4 concept art though. Can't wait till Season 4! ^^

I'm getting brain storm scenes...one scene for me is Odd to saying to Ulrich he looks like he's going to go diving into the sea and just got out of a space shuttle. (Which he does actually.)

And Xanliam showing up on Yumi's door step. Literally.

Yumi's Mom: Oh Yumi! Some strange looking boy in black and red wants to see you!

Well, by the defenition of Conept art, in this style of work:

A skertch or Model of a characther or object formatted for Computer Modelling or Charachter Development.

Look carefully, and you see the original concept art of the show. Then look at the season 4 models, and there are very little changes.

Very little change is done to the actual model themselves, a charachter goes through several steps and tweakings before it's presented.

(IE something with gameplay can't be too too detailed, no long flowy lines, and the bigger it is, the simpler it's gotta be.. But for a game movie [KH FF, andAC] It must me much more detailed.)

Now I have a question. Jeremy in Season 3 was trying to accomplish something Xana Franz Hopper did in the episode "Franz Hopper" which was virtualizing the gang directly into Sector 5. Knowing that, Jeremy should also find a way to give them upgraded weapons like Xana Franz Hopper did as well. And we know that Odd's upgraded laser arrows are ultra-violet gamma radioactive homing darts which are very powerful, Yumi's upgraded tessen fans are electric and cut through almost anything, and Ulrich's sword can unleash waves of energy as well as shockwaves when he stabs his sword into the ground. But what characteristics do you think Aelita's upgraded Energy Field would have?

It's amazing with the number of complex programs Jeremy's come up with that he hasn't had the sense to install a key-logger!

Well, you know... we never actually SAW him talking to XANA...

Honestly, XANA and Franz being one and the same wouldn't surprise me (be one hell of a shock for Aelita though), though it's possible he's not deliberarely evil, at least originally. But I believe the consensus is that Franz wasn't exactly playing with a full deck trowards the end.

Now I'm curious and a little skeptical about those new Season 4 outfits because notice that Yumi and Odd wear the same colors (black and red) which are also the same colors as Xana William!

You know... you're right. Could this mean something? Could this be a sign of Odd and Yumi's impending fall from the side of light?

Or is it merely that Red and Black is an awesome color scheme? (a little of column A, a little of column B... )

I too try not to speculate as to what will happen during the fourth (and potentially last). I just want my questions as to Xana's motives to be discussed and to learn more about the origins of lyoko and Hopper's madness ( or is it parinoia?).

But what characteristics do you think Aelita's upgraded Energy Field would have?

Aelita only got her Energy Field during Season 3, so her powers are quite brand-new (and are developed by Jeremy himself). I think from this point Aelita still has yet to develop on her self-defense skills with the energy field before Jeremy could figure out if her Energy Field needs improvement or not. Also the energy field is quite powerful on its own, she didn't need to aim at the Eye of XANA when she strikes the monsters. All I would say is that there's bound to be surprises in store in Season 4. ^^;

Now that I thought about what you said, I thought Jeremy's main goal in Season 3 was to figure out how to virtualize the team to Sector 5 as his first and foremost before anything else? He didn't even think about any upgrades or improvements on the team's current powers/weapons/skills at that point. With all the sectors being deleted off from the system, he really needed to figure a way to get the team to Sector 5 w/o using the transporter.
