Has the thought ever occured to you that your project might just be a bit too large for you right now? Maybe instead of shooting for the entire cast right from the get go, maybe you should shorten your character list to a smaller number.That way the production would be easier to manage which means it would be easier for you to finish and showcase your skills.
It's a common pitfall that many fandub producers fall into. Usually it's advised that they start small and pick scenes with maybe two to four different actors at most and work their way up when their reputation and abilities develop.

So far, he's only got one (me)! Four VA's is looking like a miracle at this stage.
OTOH, I wouldn't mind having a small scene to practice with...

See that's what I'm talking about what could be done at the moment due to lack of voices avaliable. Just release a few clips of the cast members you do have to build up interest before you start asking for the really big stuff.
Oh yeah, if you guys need help with this stuff I'll be glad to lend a hand. I've worked on a few fandubs myself.
