My Spelling.... Difficultys.....

I know this may sound kinda dumb, but sometimes reading books can help you improve on your spelling. When I was little, I was the worst speller in my entire class (it was a private school and teachers there are traditional--- they'll really put you down if you're not 'perfect'), but I did like reading a lot, so that's how I improved my spelling.

Take it slow, read the not-too-complicated books first before you advance yourself to more difficult ones. ^^;

Winston churchill,James (f1 famous diver and more )All have dyislicx like me .All have become famous and thier never got the help you would get todayt in fact got no help what so ever .So lucy and Reesane don't worry spelling and grammer is notthe downfall if I'm right lucy is a great artist one of many streghts and ressane you are a stong willpowered lass .Same here if you all put your mind and use willpower you WILL achivnce your dreams and became a fine buch of lassie in the usa if I'm right.

People need to understand that people like me lucy and Ressane are trying our best and in my case are improving .My strengh now is cheering people up ,sailing and power of command (Drill which I hate).

Don't make us ouit it's family I been here for a year and more .I have made alot of friends and emerys but the one thi g that give me the egde Code lyoko and lyokofreak.net .

I...have absolutely NO idea if this will even help, but it came to mind so I decided to suggest it ^^;. The newest update of Firefox, 2.0, comes with a spellchecker imbedded in it, giving you checking on the go. Right-click one of the red underlined words, and it gives you suggestions for what it thinks might go there. While that can seem to help with posts just looking better, if you pay attention to the words, the spelling, and try to memorize it, over time there will be fewer and fewer red lines showing up ^^. I know circumstances (and here I am just speaking generally) can make learning hard, but diligence overcomes anything.

Other than that, around here Reesane, don't worry about spelling errors ^^ We understand; I know I do, I am about 80% sure I have Asperger's myself (I don't have the means to be formally tested at the time ^^; ) nor am I the greatest speller in the world, and grammar always kicks my butt xD; But I don't mind my problems and hopefully, over time, you won't mind-- nay, you'll overcome --yours as well ^^

2. I gave up on spell check a long time ago. The stuped program does not even recognise the word half the time, and I become confused with the synims.

3. Lets see: In the englesh language, their is no real set patern for spelling. Also, every rule has its exeptions (minuse the rule that no word can end in the letter "V", the exeption to the rule that every rule has its exptions). Also, unlike almost every other human being on this planet, I can't use phonetics to spell.

Well starway has no right to banned people who can't spell .If we all watch what we put on and keep cool I'm saw we would be OK .If I do get banned .I going to be very upset.Lyokofreak to me is family .You all are like bothers and sisters in arms .You have helped me though some tough times .And all are truley friends if I'm right.

Actually... I looked up the rule again. It's obvious that people with dyslexia are trying, and the rules are against you if you don't even try. So never mind what I said about being banned.

Thanks for the postive comment. Well I can say is with total truth .OK We all got spelling and grammer errors but If you look from were we started from we all have come a long way and still improving .Ressane the topic starter.Has improved alot .

well if its a brain thing like you said.than i wouldnt feel bad.i can't get stronger for some reason and i even went to strength training.its just how the body is.like the good side is you won't be the same.(if you want to be the same as everyone you could see that you have that proplem(which you have)and you could just say to yourself when you get flamed that its not my fault.)

It's all in the head .I was a nerd, glass aswell .Weaker then jeremire but without the brains.But now I'm a battle harden solider.I not at the stage like Ross kemp and vin deisil and etc.You got beilive in what you are doing .Self displine in you soul and mind.In the CL theme it say's we are stonger after all .Keep sing that in you head andd see the results .It something that helps me all the time.

Awww, don't worry. Everyone has a difficulty in something. If people are flaming you because its hard for you to spell correctly, then thats just plain mean of them.
