It probably is due to PW:JFA's release, like Darkborn said. After letting my friend play the first game she fully decided to get a DS and the two games for her birthday. (Which is good, 'cause if it sells well we get PW3. But Europe's gotta wait until March 16 for JFA >_> boooo) And... isn't Hotel Dusk out as well? o.O I don't know much about it's US release date. It looks pretty cool.

Also... am I the only person here who owns a DS 'Phat'? D:

I agree. Over here in MIA I looked everywhere and I can't finds it. I've been looking since the beginning of December...no luck.

I'm having some problems with the DS Lite too, but around here, they always have more in stock like 2 days later.

Phoenix Wright: Justice for All is one of the reasons why there is a shortage. However what really happened was that Nintendo fubbed thier last shipment for the DS, thus creating the shortage that you're describing.

Oh yeah for record's sake, I own Phoenix Wright but not a DS, the game is that good.
