Y'know, maybe the sapmbots are responsible for the forum slowdown. It is a problem that multiple people (myself included) have experienced. Do you thinkt eh bots are elaving behind spyware type programs to sap site resources? For instance, it took me half an hour today just to acces the site, and anothe r15 minutes to navigate to this point. The site plain refuses to load half the time. It is a growing problem, and I thinkt he spambots are at the root of it.

I have to agree. All other sites I go to dont have this problem. It took me about an hour to get this site to load..I tried my others, instant.

Perhaps the problem isn't spambots. It could just be rogue hackers.

For example, (And CBIzumi will back me up), the Rockman.exe online forums (a megaman site) recently suffered a near-total system error because of a hacker, so what if the same thing's happening to us?

Deleted some more accounts - one guy actually had Crochet as 'his' interest - seriously, who plays Crochet anymore?

There's one account btw which has yet to do anything - I don't know if it's a spambot but the occupation is 'Virus Breeder' - thoughts anyone?

Or he could be a Battle Network fan. In the third game, there's an activity where you can breed computer viruses and summon them on the battle field to fight for you. It's pretty cool, and some people on this one forum I was on put down "Virus Breeder" as their hobby, as well as "Net Scientist," or "Navi Customizer."

Though, if it is a spambot, it seems like an odd choice of words, "Virus Breeder." Why not "Virus PROGRAMER?" or "Hacker?" Both make a little more sense then "Breeder."

I think this guy's genuine. Someone try to contact him/her and ask what they mean by that.
