Today I was looking around an anime site and saw a page on CCS. I remember how much I liked it, but a friend of mine told me that they took out well everything from the us dub. I was looking around and wanted to know is there a good site where I can kind the jap version not the cut up us version?

"Cardcaptor Sakura" was fun while it aired. I only say like 3 episodes.

CCS was one of my favourite animes, and it still is. I remember watching it when I was little on Nickelodeon (not the 'better dubbed' version, as people state that a version played in England that wasn't as bad as the US one. As much as I remember, and after watching an a American episode and comparing it to what I saw in the past, they were exactly the same. Must've been another one.) and I loved it back then.

A lot of things were taken out, yeah. Some didn't even have a reason to be cut (e.g taking one half of one episode and half of another and putting them together to get another episode. Doubleyou tee eff, AMIRITE?) and some that seemed inappropriate. (But I mean c'mon. Syaoran's 'crush' on Yukito was freaking hilarious in my opinion. xD Stupid homophobic dubbers. I think it was kept in the 'good British version'.)

I loved it for the costume designs of Sakura and the cards. So pretty to look at. <3 And it was very funny at times. (Like how Ruby Moon's human form, can't remember her name, always fangirled Touya. Ecksdee.) CLAMP does great work. My favourite card has to be the Void, though. The one from the second movie. Wings sprouting from your forehead FTW.

Ahhhh my first internets fandom, so it recieves much loveee I was in like 3rd/4th grade when I started watching... And. It was awesome. In 5th grade I found out about how the original was like ten times better, so I researched it, then got a fansub of the second movie and it was amazing~ And. Um. I read all the manga but never got to finish the anime.

Alsoooooooo......... Yeah. The dub made me cry. For various reasons that I'm too lazy to think up right now.

Also? I fangirled Syaoran. And Yamazaki... you know, the guy who told ridiculous lies all the time. They were awesome.

Sakura and Sayorin come back in the manga "Tsubasa: Resevoir Chronicles," as the main characters!

Since this looks like this is turning into a discussion thread about CCS rather than a quest to find the subbed episodes, I guess I'll chat.

CCS was not the first anime I watched, not even the first shoujo anime either. But it was my first exposure to CLAMP, for which I am forever grateful. I watched the dub first, not knowing any better. I saw the sub in college, and realized how utterly crap the dub was. Even though there are other CLAMP series I like better (Chobits), CCS holds a high place on my favs list.

It's extremely annoying now...But I have been able to find it by typing in "Cardcaptor Sakura #" Then again, there might be some missing, I wouldn't know 'cause I alternate between subs and Chinese Dubs xD.

It was extremely cute and so hilarious. They also took out Touya and Yukito's relationship didn't they? They must be one of the best couples ever.

Oh man...Those were hilarious. I believe her name was Naruku? But it was so hilarious when Touya attempted to tell Yukito of his true nature....And when he did it always sounded like a love confession. So hilarious

I thought it was called The Nothing....Oh well xD I really liked The Mirror, especially since Touya can see right through it and it's so obvious The Mirror has a crush on Touya xD

I feel real out of the loop, ive only seen a little of the whatever they showed here in the US. Which they edit most good stuff out. I do have one DVD mainly since i picked it up for 3$ Although i will say years later that show still is pretty cool.
