Yumi's double eyebrows ARE werid, but I love the uniform. Aelita could never look bad, so there you go. Both the guys look hot, and Jeremie is as kawii as ever...though his expression is a little frightening...I hope the show didn't start using a new type of animation or something... I like the old version better...

xDD The tent made me laugh. I don't know why. It just did.

The monsters made me laugh too. When I saw the... Kalamar, or whatever, it made me think of an egg. Then I wanted it on a salad. D: The Rekin... no comment. It's pretty awesome regardless.

And WELL. That last screenshot I may just have to marry, you know. Aaaaaahhhhhhhh

Yes, what IS up with Jeremy's expression...I thought I was the only one bothered by it and I noticed on Warton's sig, the animation looks...not cleaner but smoother...and why does Odd all of a sudden actually show a chest? (Like before, WHY do we even notice these things? )

And Yumi's "double eyebrows" I think it's just like Odd's...pink/purple slashes...um marks way above his eyebrow. I think that's the same thing. Just marks. (However they do stick out like bricks...)

I'm going to ignore the weirdness, but I don't like her new outfit, here's a fan art that has a better concept, in my opinion.

I quite like the new outfits - they are a radical departure, but once I see them 'in use' I feel I'll mellow to them more.

I've noted some things though:

Standardisation - these look less like fancy-dress outfits and more like 'uniforms' designed by Jeremie and then customised to the user. There seem to be two standard types - male and female, which each Warrior builds off. Yumi's and Aelita both seem derived from the same 'body-stocking' design, except Aelita's intergrates into the boots and Yumi's has elements of her old Geisha tunic and seperate sneaker-shoes (on that subject, I want a pair of those).

Both Yumi and Aelita also have the same amount of exposed skin around the arms and shoulders, suggesting a common design.

Ulrich and Odd have more direct paralells, note the similar appearance of the jumpsuits, and the sash both have tied round their waists.

All four outfits also have the same shoulder-pads, just in different colours.

I note some changes from the concept art. Odd previously had large shoes like Yumi's, and some sort of 'unit' on the right wrist (the others retain these). Odd's trousers are now also his footwear, and seem to integrate toe-claws.

Ulrich no longer appears to have an 'eye-visor', and he has also lost the fabric from his Samurai headband that used to hang behind him - generally he looks more functional as a result - heck his outfit almost looks like something you'd issue to GI Joe or some other black-ops group if you change the colours.

Aelita's mini-skirt also had a bit of colouring to it in the artwork - now it looks more like a wire framework holding together clear fabric - to my eyes this looks rather silly, especially on the tent image of her and Ulrich where the skirt almost looks like it's falling down - this and Odd's shoes (which I don't really like the look of at the moment) are the only complaints I really have.

Yeah, I'm not sure if I like that skirt of her's either..I mean...it's interesting, and I think it fits that Aelita, the more feminine of the two girls, to have a skirt, but still...it's kind of strange. It reminds me of those clear umbrelas kids carryied around in elementray school...

Actually a Lyoko Altantis wouldn't suprise me at all. Plenty of Digital Sea to hide a city in. Not sure it'd be red, though...

So then Warton has some kind of still bigger news he's sitting on? Wonder what that could be? Air date seems unlikely, that would be news to post ASAP. Another season 4 preview or screencaps seems possible or even likely based on his new sig.

I'm kinda creeped out by Yumi's double eyebrows. I mean, wut? o_o But ya'll are right, she's more... top-heavy than she was before. *geting random fanfic ideas already. Gawd I'm worse than Fanboy.*

The Rekin made me fall over laughing because it just looks funny. The Kalamar reminds me of something... walking spider camera things, now where are those from...
