Didn't the orignal C4 outfit thing give Ulrich some sort of eyepatch thing?

Ulrich had a sort of HUD (heads-up-display) over one eye - it's no longer there, so either they dropped it, or he gains it later on.

With the removal of that visor, Ulrich becomes the only character who's head design hasn't changed significantly from the old one - the only difference from his old design is the loss of the tie-offs to his bandana.

I know. I tried sketching that pic earlier, and I was surpirsed. So little about Aelita's overall appernece has changed...I'm happy about that though, for the most part. It'd be cool if she had longer hair though.

The shark and the squid monsters are spiffy...I personally can't wait to see the shark in action, accompanied by a Jaws-esque theme of course. X)

At best, Jeremie may have control over the weapons, but not so much as for the clothing and colors of the clothing in Lyoko.

Well, the process that makes the outfits are controlled by program, right?

If I was Franz Hopper, what I would do is install a manual override so that HE could design the outfits.

Then again, if I was Franz Hopper, I'd also try to install decent anti-virus software for my multi-million gig supercomputer...

You know it's true, with something as powerful (if I had the super computer...Oooh....I'd be on the of the world. ) as that and has the much hard disk space. You need it. Speaking of which, the regions (HOW DARE AELITA DESTROY THE ICE REGION!) must be a hunk of gigs. O_O I don't even think it should be gigabytes.
