Bike Injury

Ughhhh... A couple of hours ago, I had a serious biking injury. It started like this; I was riding my bike down this really steep hill, see, and then my shoelace, which I did not know was undone, got caught in the chain. Then, I hit a curb, flew (I mean literally FLEW) off my bike, and landed in a heap, my body at funky angles. I must've laid their for at least 20 minutes before I tried to check that no bones were broken. None were, but now my bike is trashed, and I'm still really sore. :arg: Wish me a speedy recovery, guys.

Sorry to hear about your accident there VB...I really do hope you recover quickly. Just be thankful that nothing worse happened. What I would do if I were you is get some velcro shoes or something if you decide to go riding, that way nothing can get caught in the chain or wheels.

Thanks a lot. :) And sometime, I'll take your suggestion, and go get Velcro shoes for biking, and... A new bike. God bless.

If you have a Wal-Mart near ya...they have both...hehe.
