I have to make a point:

How could anything you can buy at Toys R Us be bad.
I have never personally seen one of these boards before but I have heard a lot about them.
The more people say they are "Magic, Possessed, Evil" the more I want to try it out.
But for some reason I don't believe these things have any special power its all just stories.
But then what does my oppinion matter anyway I've never used one before........

call me a freak, but ive always wanted to do a ouija board and i love ghosts and do beleive in some form of spirit world. i dont think you need to fear, barely anybody gets possed i know loads of people who've had that happend to them, just dont mess around with it again and forget about it...

Yeah my friend and I tried a ouija board and it was really freaky because when my friends and I asked it questions it knew personal things about us. I the board what my password to LF is and it spelled out the whole thing!! I mean my friends dont even know my password so how is that possible? I heard that people who use a ouija board will get possesed by demons but that isnt true right?
I've been kinda scared ever since I played it.
Will I really get possesed or haunted by spirits or whatever?

eeks! I don't know anything about them. but I hear my friends talk a lot of smack about people who use them. if all the things they say are true the best thing you can do is stay away from them.

here is my advice: don't do it again and go to church....they can help you find peace and get over that experience. thats my advice, so the worst you could do is not try it.

You shouldn't "play" or mess with an ouija board....
they are very dangerous and bad things could happen, if not to you, then someone else....
They can open up doors to the other side and all sorts of bad things can get in your house...
you're very lucky nothing has happened to you.

I was doing a lot of reading on wicca a long time ago...it is very close to druid-ism....and it is very strict about doing only good acts...there is this thing called "The Law of Three-fold Return"(whatever you do, good or bad, will be returned to you 3X ...)...and there are TONS of other rules like that....

and....some of the stuff is quite confusing...

Well, I personally don't really believe in an afterlife (although in my opinion it is possible), but if Ouija boards scare you, then you shouldn't do it.

Although, just to offer a bit of info on the Ouija board, logically speaking, the movements of the planchette are caused by your subconcious. It's like walking to a classroom at school… You already know how to get there so well that you no longer need to think about it conciously; your subconcious walks there for you. It's kind of the same with the Ouija board; you know where the letters are, so your subconcious moves your planchette to spell out the answer to your question. (This becomes evident when someone once operated a Ouija board blindfolded. He asked "yes" and "no" questions and the planchette moved to where he thought "YES" and "NO" were. However, he didn't know that the board was upside-down, and the planchette ended up pointing to empty spaces.)

I know you probably don't want to play the Ouija board again, but if you do again, try asking a question to which you don't know the answer. If you get something illegible, then that probably proves my point.
