this is a late response, but anyway.

dont bother listning to them. racism at that age comes from lack of knowledge and also lack of humour. they cant find anything actually funny to laughf at, so they mock your culture. alot of my friends do it, i hate it.

just find the right people who arent small minded and hang on. trust me, im sick of the country i live in to. and im even from here, i sometimes lie and say im not...:/.

Communism has been practiced in nations that have a history of not being particularly friendly to America, like Russia and Cuba. I think that's the reason why people generally don't trust someone who actually sees it as a reasonable form of government. They assume said individual is going to try to overrun the government or something. As for atheists, a lot of religious people (not all religous people, of course) feel that a moral code can only come from the Bible or some other such text, and therefore assume that an atheist is an anarchic killer ruffian. Others are just hateful types who use the Bible as an excuse to slander and oppress a completely innocent group of people.
