You are never too young to get a job. You just can't work at retail. Go work out in the yard. Cut bushes, mow the lawn, or if you have a horrible dirt yard: lay down pipes for sprinklers (for that you would need upper body strength.)

And then there are inside jobs, like cleaning the house, vacuuming and others of the like.

Me too! Ok for jobs, try washing the car, vacuuming all the rugs in the house, and set up an allowance system. A good one is 50 cents per year. it may not be a lot, but It adds up (if you can resist the temptations of ebay).

If you're fourteen, you can be formally hired. However, if you are too young, you are limited to less laborious tasks such as maintenance and cleaning. However, if you are talented enough you could try to create something such as music or food that you can sell to people.
