Here's a scenario: assuming most of you are in some form of school, imagine that our five favorite students from Kadic Academy started going to your school. There are no Xana intrusions or any such kind of emergency; the school environment continues just as it always has, but now with five new students. Also, you know exactly who they are, they look and behave exactly the way they do on the show, and nobody thinks it's particularly weird. How would you react? Do you think you'd try to make friends with them? what would you say? Be honest and use your imagination! I'll post mine soon, when I'm not so tired as I am right now.

You don't quite get it yet. See, it's not weird that our animated friends exist and can interact with us in our natural live-action habitat, it's normal; in my scenario, cartoon characters are real and everyone is aware of it. So you were aware that they existed for as long as you have watched their show, but now they are going to attend your school. Also, all the things they did in the show really did happen, (and they will openly talk about it if you ask nicely) but since it's all over with their exploits are commonly known and they are aware that they are somewhat "famous" amongst those of us who were fans of the show.

I'd probably not have Jim as my PE teacher, unless he teaches one-on-one. If Sissi were to pester me, I'd bop her square in the nose. (Trust me, I've had my fair share of Sissies.) And if Ulrich was in my (former) junior high school, all the girls would love on him.

Ok, in that case I'd probably get into a long conversation (and likely argument) with Jeremie about SVG, canvas drawing, CSS, XML, and all that web stuff.

Also, I'd ask why he uses PHP instead of Javascript.

Well, if I wanted to be nice, I would probably make friends with all of them and philosophize with Jeremie on the ways of the geek. But that's so boring. Instead, I think I would be evil. I would spend weeks orchestrating and implementing a fiendishly intricate plan to tear Jer-bear and Aelita apart, perhaps something to do with a big fat cheesehead, then I would sweep her off her feet with my gorgeous Clark Gable-good looks and witty Pierce Brosnan-banter. Then, just for the heck of it, I would use the supercomputer to take over the world and force everyone to do my bidding. Anyone who opposed would be permanently virtualized. That would be a dark day in Lyoko-ville. Muahahahaha.

Seriously though, if the gang came to my school I would invite them to a Halo 2 LAN party. There's no better male bonding experience than killing things, whether it's in the woods or in a game. Aelita and Odd would probably kick my but. I'm a terrible n00bzor. =D

Since Aelita is so smart and adorable, I would ask her to help me study for my mathematics courses, like algebra and precalculus. we could go to the library together and she'd be my special private tutor. Then after school we'd play video games (maybe) and go for walks and go to the movies and do all sorts of fun activities worthy of best friends. As for the male bonding aspect of my CL-is-real experience, I'd probably play Smash Brothers with Ulrich and Odd. Because I doubt Jeremie is into that kind of thing. As for Yumi... well, I'd have to think about it. But I'd do something awesome with her too.
