This girl I like (name is Brittani) is trying to get me to date my other friend. My friends is cool and meaand her get along real weel but she is a little overweight. I am trying to decide if I should take Brittani's advice.

Just my two cents, denying someone just because they're overweight is rather judgmental and rude.

But try to think to yourself. Do you think extending your relationship will make it better, or could it hurt it in the event that you two break up?

I have a problem like that, but she isn't overweight I like here she doesn't like me and still my friend is trying to hook her up with me.


My advice would be don't judge a bok by it's cover. ^_^

I think it's very shallow to judge someone based on their size.
I know a lot of "overweight" girls (they're probably actually a healthy weight, but you have all these sticks dragging down the average) and they're very nice people, and most of the time are nicer than some of the thinner ones. Don't worry about it. See how it works out.

Think realistically here, who are you attracted to and go with the one your more attracted too. Shallow? Si. But I'd rather be with a girl I thought was hot then one I didn't.

To build upon what the others said, weight shouldn't matter. It can be an indicator that this person is too irresponsible to take care of themselves, but usually just self essteem issues; which would make the person modest.

Weight shouldn't matter. That's for sure.
But, do you like her enough to love her? There's no point going out with somebody just because someone else told you too. Only if you feel that way about them. Trust me on that. I've been in that situation before.
Chances are, if you don't like her in that way, you'll just break up. Just think about it.
