I believe in free will, and that what we call destiny is a chain reaction sparked by the free wills of others. That's only my opinion, of course.

*Hopes that this doesn't degenerate into a religious debate*

I don't really believe i either entirely... I think there are some things that are meant to happen through free will. But it changed with everything...

Free will. God even said that we can choose our own paths, duh.

Define destiny...

I believe that the future is fixed, but is determined by our choices. So we do have free will.
(yeah, the cool links in my old sig died. :( A few nerdy newish projects are here. )

I believe in free will. Mostly because religion...AND the fact that I hate the idea that I'm not in control of what I do in my future. Nothing is set completely in stone and I believe that I have the right to change and do whatever I want with my future and that it isn't already planned out for me.

the reason i believe in destiny is that its like a game, someone has to plan it before it happens. and that is the same basis i use for destiny someone must of thought of what we would do, cause if we truly had free will the world would be more chaotic then it is now.Our faiths are locked into place.

Eh, its true that God planned everything, but He made multiple paths in history, and he knows them all. kinda like those books where if you do one thing, you go to page 3 and another to page 56.

Ahaha, I love those!!! Like the Give Yourself Goosebumps series! Although, I'm now more into Stephen Spilberg and Christopher Pike. But back when I was 7, that series was the coolest thing in the world. :peace:[/offtopic]
