Solution Take it to Deviant Art put your fanfic there many people do. I have a site there for when I finish my rough draft for my own story. Or if you don't want to go DA then go to Fanfiction.com many writers are there. I have several other sites under different names. I am Virtual_Princess on DA. Listen, allowing him to torture you is not good for you so leave and go somewhere else... But do something about it.

Why don't you just put all your fanfics on fanfiction.net? That's where I put mine when I write them, which isn't often, but it's a good place to get many instant hits and reviews. The kid that keeps picking on you isn't going to suddenly start liking you and remove his oppression, so just stay away from any place where he has jurisdiction.
