I started playing it a few days ago, and it seems kind of interesting, now that I can finally remember which pieces go where. There's a chess club at my school...maybe it'd be kind of cool to join it. (Well, cool's generally the opposite definition of chess club, but I don't care about that. 8D)
I don't know of any players or strategy or anything as of right now...

...I have Chessmaster DS...for my nintendo DS...
AND I LOVES IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My brother bought that game, was maybe player for a month, then became a 30$ coaster. Usless. Actually play people in real life and socialize, don't stare at a screen burning your eyes out.
I used to be able to own my prother in chess. But he went to the chess club and learned to actually look before you move.
We got lucky once. A highly ranked player in the chess federation stayed over at our house once. My dad asked for some free lessons in exchage for a free place to stay while this thing was going on downtown. He tought my brother so many tricks its so rediculusly hard to beat him.
I'll maybe join the chess club at our school, but once you tell anybody your in it, your instantly a nerd.
