7.5 out of ten. Points off for being a little confusing, what's going on with the XANA logo?
The Woman is Laura Roslin, president of the Twelve Colonies of Kobol on the show Battlestar Galactica. One of her signiture styles of dealing with enemy cylon agents involved the Airlock, soit became kind of a fan joke that she handled ALL her problems with the Airlock.

No, XANA OS was developed by Apple in the 90's to be a better operating system that NextStep. Franz laid his hands on it, and developed a supercomputer version. But he then decided "Why do I want the bite mark and the Apple logo in the center?" and hence removed it.
