What do ya think, is this Michael Jackson getting out of the back of the coroners van, you cant see the face but the hair and posture is very much Michael Jacksons, Did MJ fake his death? Do you think its him?

No and no. I can't believe that he would be that eccentric. The man has a family- including kids- and I don't think even Michael Jackson would put them through such an ordeal just so he could get one last bout of popularity.

Even if he really is alive, he is legally dead. That means that for all intents and purposes, he does not legally exist. Were he alive, he would have no money, no rights and no citizenship anywhere. And he wouldn't be able to show his face anywhere because his funeral cost the City of Los Angeles a pretty penny. Quite a few pretty pennies.

From what i am guessing, if he is faking his death then its becuase he didnt want to do the tour (which he did not) he was doing it for the money, now that he is dead his albums are making tons and he is making money. All he has to do is make a new identity some how and problem solved, money wise and no more touring that he didnt want to do.

The problem is that the money made by his albums no longer go to Michael Jackson. They go to whoever he left the money to in the will. His kids, I would assume. So unless Prince, Paris and/or Blanket are in on it, he can't get his money by faking his death and making a new indentity.

And let's be honest. Michael Jackson's face is pretty recognizable. He can't really pretend to be anyone else unless he covers his face all the time.

Har har, that's what I was thinking. Michael Jackson was the butt of a good 15 million jokes before he died, and now it's wrong and disgusting to make a joke about him. Respect for the dead, I guess.

when he first died, I thought there was a chance the conspiracy theorists might try to grab it, but after they left his body rotting out in public for like two weeks, I figured it was as good as closed.
though considering he was missing many marbles, and he was so plastic surgeried up, it wouldn't be that hard to fake...but then comes the question of why?
the answer would be for $$. He was majorly in debt, but now I'll bet his estate is worth millions..
