hi just got back from some research on the fith region
It appears FrANZ hOPPER THE SUPOSEDLY CREATOR OF LYOKO,based lyoko on the punic wars. Each sector of Lyoko resembles a battlefield or event. I have no proof but thats my theory why the 5th region is called Carthage.

and why xana lives in carthage[exploration] I'll get back to you soon with more info

Does any one think Carthage has a tower system like all the other sectors
