Has anyone beaten Deadlocked yet (if you have it)? I just beat it. Here is something interesting I posted on my own forum I created: Link

It is the prequel to Deadlocked, yet the Sequal to Up Your Arsenal.

I've played (and have) the first three R&C games. I'd get deadlocked now, but I like to wait till it comes down to $20. The only reason is because I beat it in like a week, and I dont want $50 to go like that.

Personally, I didnt like "up your arensal" as much as "going commando". The story line was good, but I wanted space fights, and a bit more of some other elements we seen in the past game. And over all, it just felt too quick. The levels where very easy to complete, and fast to go through.

I have already beaten Deadlocked twice, and it came out 3 days ago. But it is fun.

Going Commando took a while because of the impossible ship battle at the beginning.

Well, when you start the level after Oozla, you see an impenetrable wall of ships headed for you. Maybe I am just flight challenged.

Ratchet:Deadlocked Reveiw
What happens when you combine big guns, inventive characters, a good storyline, and a fox? Why do you ask? You get Ratchet:Deadlocked.
Deadlocked is the followup to the popular Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal game. This game has taken an unexpected turn to the life of a gameshow contestant. Ratchet has been captured by the evil overlord, Gleeman Vox, ruler of the popular Holovision show: Dreadzone. The game has seen many improvements since UYA, such as: bigger guns; bada$$ characters; awesome worlds; wild story.
The game runs smoother than UYA, and has a new difficulty select screen. The five difficulty levels are: Couch Potato , Contestant, Gladiator, Hero, and Exteminator. The levels are much longer, and the announcers are much more funny this time around.n the funny note, one announcer, Dallas, says many time: Oho! This is more fun than a bus load of cheerleaders folks!
We here at DreadZone give Ratchet Deadlocked a 4 out of five 5. It would have gotten a 5 if the game was longer, and the frame-rate didn't suck as bad Dynasty Warriors 3 on the endzone Dread mission.

Star Wars Battlefront vs. Battlefront II

Postby captainratchet » Wed Jan 18, 2006 10:52 pm

STAR WARS: BATTLEFRONT

Yet another gem from Pandemic Studios and Lucas Arts in collaboration with Industrial Light and Magic (founded by George Lucas as well), this game features amazing gameplay, the graphics are stunning, and the audio is unmatched.
Star Wars Battlefront features stunning and unrivalled gameplay. The controlls are just right, and are easy for everyone to learn. The only problems I could find with the controlls is the fact that on the Instant Action Planet Select Screen, you will most likely break your finger pressing the button because you have to beat the living daylights out of a button before it responds.
Another reason why this game is great is tha fact that the graphics make the game fun to play. On other games, the graphics just don't pull you in, but here, you feel like you ARE a Stormtropper or a Rebel because the graphics are the best I have seen in a long time. Each blaster bolt is able to be seen without difficulty unlike the rushed and graphically incompetent Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sithe The Game. Overrall, I could not find anything wrong with the graphics on this game.
The audio on this game is simply breathtaking. Even from a distance from a battle, you can pick out the individual blasters fired, and the sound of the AAT's walking was simply perfect. Overall, nothing wrong in the audio.
I will, overall, give this game an 8.5 out of 10.

On the positive side:
Breathtaking gameplays.
Unparalled graphics
Stunning Graphics

On the negative side:
Clunky controlls on the menues.

STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT II
This is the sequel to the bestselling Star Wars game of all time*, Star Wars Battlefront. For this reveiw, I will just list the positives and negatives, and the score because I am very tired.
My score: 9.5 out of 10

On the positive side:
The controlls were improved from its predecessor.
The Audio was too improved.
The new gameplay modes, like the space battles and CTF are well designed.
And fighting as a Hero (Jedi, Sith, ect...) is just so dang fun.

On the negative side:
The game feels rushed, especially after the release of Star Wars Battlefront 1 about 9 months before.
The graphics are to cartoony.
The audio will sometimes skip, and on some maps, it will freeze.
The Hero's die too quick to have much fun with them.

Nope, I have it for PS2, but I am trying to figure out how to hook the blasted thing up to the Computer, I have been at it for months. I think I may be missing the Ethernet cable. As soon as I get it for computer, I will join your budy list if that is okay.
