Grade Switch?

This was brought to my attention by someone who signed my guestbook.

Before season 2, all the websites (including CL.com!) said that Ulrich, Odd, and Jeremie were 8th graders, and Yumi was a 9th grader... now they've all moved down a grade...

Has anyone else noticed this? Or was it like that all along and I'm just going crazy?

Another question: How many time has passed between False Start and New Order? Notice that when Season 1 didn't finished, they were still on classes.

Something else: I was looking at the thing they have over at lyokocode.fr (that has all the kids in it, listed by grade) and I noticed that they have Emily listed as a classmate of Ulrich/Odd/Jeremie rather then up a grade with Yumi... In "Routine," did someone not say that she was supposed to be in Yumi's grade?

....Hmm... but, come to think of it, in the episode where Sissi posed as Yumi for the class picture (can't think of the name) didn't someone call it the 9th grade picture?

Yes, Sissy posed in the 9th grade pic. There was nothing about grades in Friday's episode. And www.codelyoko.com has the characters real weights.

That's very strange...there was no CL episode on Friday. Miguzi played a movie instead, and then TT came on at 6:30. On Wednesday and Thursday they played "Marabounta" and "Common Interest" respectively, and neither of those mentions their grade levels, I believe.

I know for a fact though that in "New Order" it is the 8th and 9th grades that go on the field trip. Millie and Tamiya are told that they can't go, but Ulrich, Odd, Jeremie, Aelita, Yumi, and William all go on the trip. So they must still be in the 8th and 9th grades for season 2.

I remember that in Routine, Jeremie pointed out to Yumi that Emilie was a year older than Ulrich, just like Yumi herself. From what I know about the French school system, someone's age is in no way indicative of his or her grade, since almost half of all students in France have to repeat at least one grade during the course of their school careers, apparently because their school system is so tough.

I’m not sure if this is really helpful, but didn't in St. Valentines Day Odd say he had dated every girl in the eight grade? And of course that doesn't technically mean he's in the eight grade, but one would assume. xD I can't imagine why they'd fall back a grade. What would be the point?

Two months, probably. But you can't tell when he started working on it. Perhaps, he started the vehicles development during Season 1, but in off-screen mode. You only see half of Code Lyoko. I'm sure that Jeremie goes to the bathroom, takes classes, skips PE and talks to Aelita a lot, but would you like to see 24-7 Jeremie? I know some would... but anyways, I started to like Jeremie a lot since Franz Hopper.

Im pretty sure I've heard in many places in many different times, that Yumi was in the 9th grade, which would make the rest of the group in 8th....wow, i joined in this one pretty late.
