I'd probably go in and kill monsters for fun. =) Only every once in awhile.

There's not much else you can do with Lyoko anyway - except turn it off and leave it to rot - the kids might well realise the danger such phenomonal technology might mean if suddenly revealed to the world.
Alternatively, the kids can leave it on and go back to it occasionally - they all seem to enjoy it there when XANA isn't making hell for them.
And of course the scriptwriters might have something big in mind for the finale (if there ever is one) - imagine the scanners exploding and taking the rest of the factory with them.

Yeah.. but it's so phenominally long there's probably going to be a S4 too.
I'd imagine the gang would shut off the supercomputer and lock up the factory.. after all, XANA has done nothing but cause them trouble. They'd probably never want to be reminded of him. (Well.. until EMPIRE takes over *pokes fanfic*)
I guess I could see them going back to Lyoko every once in a while to destroy some monsters once in a while. But it would be dangerous-- what if another virus DID infect it? (though it would probably not be as strong as XANA.. but still, if an outside force created XANA, what's to stop them from doing it again?)

I see Jeremie using the Scanners/Materialization for mass producing stuff. After all, it's free to use and never exhausts its materials! (That is, until the nuclear battery dies again. Then Jeremie will have to Jeremie-fy a criminal and steal one like XANA did

Lol, I like the ideas some of you came up with? 
Charge, for people to go in lyoko? You'd be set for life X). I'd pay that much to go to lyoko, or suck up to the team, be their friend, and then be able to go into Lyoko free.
