I'm getting them for Christmas too! I tried taping the episodes but my VCR got screwed up and so I couldn't tape...so I'm really excited! I've also heard about CL action figures or something like that...do you guys know about this?

Just to put this thread back on topic a moment...do you mean this CL DVD boxed set?

If so, I would highly advise against buying it unless you have a Region 2 DVD player. These DVDs will not play on normal American (region 1) DVD players, due to the zoning of the various DVDs and players. I'm not quite sure why they do this with DVDs (and to us poor fans), but if this is the set you were planning on acquiring, I just thought I'd warn you of this.

Off topic, but what region are USA Playstation 2 from? My Soda Stereo DVD is Region 0, but it plays on my PS2, which was bought in the USA. Or can the PS2 play various regions DVD?

USA is region 1. region 0 is essentially region free which means it will play on any region player (1, 2, 3, etc. works on all of them).

i always whatch code lyoko whenever i get the chance, no matter if its a re-run iv seen 100 times or anything, so i worry if i get the dvd i will be compelled to just sit and whatch the whole thing through, like 5 times

Hmm... we're CL fans, sure some of us would purchase a Region 2 DVD player just for the heck of it. If I had more cash (and a credit card, free from dad questioning me what am I spending my cash on), sure I'll buy the french DVD of Amelie and maybe some DVD where the CL VA's appeared as well...

I know. I was saying that if that is the box set she's buying (meaning if she's buying the French boxed set), that she should be warned that it will only play on certain DVD players, and not on American ones. I've known quite a few friends who bought actual imports only to discover they couldn't play them on there DVD player. One can lose an annoying amount of money that way, so I thought I'd just post that info.

As for an American boxed set...I haven't seen anything official on it. Amazon only has Vol. 2 available for pre-order.

I needing HELP My computer has been acting up and in a week I will be getting it shut down and repair .I getting some new software put in it aswell .The point is Code Lyoko has been canceled for good in britain until april.So can someone get in contract with me if they can help me by buy in two box DVD and send it to my adresses and I send money to them back and A late christmas present if i have money left .This is a SOS /MADAY Call want ever I am stress I need those DVDs ASAP

I'm confused, can someone clear this up for me? Alright so there are two volumes, "xana unleashed" and the 2nd is "music, movies, and mayhem" or somthing to that effect, are volume one and volume two just season one and season two? and whats this i hear about a movie? when's it scheduled to come out?

from the sounds of the second volume and what i know about the first volume, both are just a small handful of episodes from season 1. so far no official dvd's out for season 2.

as for the movie, its supposed to be a 52 minute prequel movie explaining what happened before "Teddygozilla". the only airdate that has been found is sometime in '06. not even a general idea on which quarter. but assuming the current lack of info, its probably q3 or q4.

both DVDs are a handful of episodes from season 1 although the also have special fetures too xana unleashed has a lyoko music video in english and french and 3D charactor profiles for the five main charactors also the DVD if orderd from amazon .com is region 1
