Correct Episode Order?

Now, I know that each episode has a number shown after the intro, and that CN is good at showing the episodes out of order, but could this be incorrect, or is that french site wrong?


I'd really like to watch them in the order intented.

It may be, but if it has input from one of the writers, then probably not.

If I'm not mistaken, when Contact aired here it was #50, but they have it listed as #44. It makes sense though, because in Franz Hopper Jeremie mentioned that Franz was still on Lyoko, although that was the first we'd heard of it, and Contact makes it clear that he is there.

i didnt check the whole list, but the episodes I do know that CN seems to have aired out of order are the last 4 (temptation, Contact, The Key, and Revelation). and your list has them in order. Temptation is #38 and comes between Common Interest and A Bad Turn. then the last 3 air at the end of the season. I previously made my own personal episode checklist in excel which has the (as far as ive been told by numerous sources) episode order. here is my list to check against:

I don't know Revelation and The Key, but A Bad Turn, Is Anybody Out There?, and Franz Hopper were also aired out of order.

I translated the list on Google, and it shows Cold War as #48.

yes. I forgot about those. those were out of order as well. I was originally going by the episode listing at tv.com and once someone told me that that list was out of order, i put their list and mine side by side and found quite a number of episodes out of order.

what ive essentially been told is that the listing on tv.com simply goes by airtime and not the actual episode order as defined by the writers/creators/etc.

simply put, I would go by the numbers shown at the beginning of each episode. they seem to be the "real" order of it all.

It does seem confusing, since at the moment I'm not sure what to follow.

I mean, one of the episode guide's orders has to be correct.

So, it's either the number shown on the episode, the french site, or Wiki.

I'd go with how the episodes are numbered. They placed them there for a reason.

Temptation didn't air in the right spot. I think it was episode 38. Then when Contact aired it went right to 50. O_O

I wish for that to be the schedule. Atleast we only have to wait only another 2 weeks for the season finale instead of for all 24 episodes to rerun. Only way it could be better is for them to go back to their previous schedule. But thats not likely to happen.

I really do think that 4 weeks is enough time to finish Post-Production on the last two episodes. I bet they really will show them on the 9th. They probably got the cart before the horse with the studio over promising with the early dates...but these new dates are firm.

since there arent many episodes with plot, and they all go in the same direction anyway (except for some obvious ones). I dont think that the whole "screw up" really made a difference.
