But you said anti-virus, you asked when she came to Earth without the anti-virus, and that technically is Code Earth. Now if you're asking when she has been on Earth without the virus, technically that happened in Vertigo. Sure the anti-virus had an interesting side effect, but they still said it worked.

Interestingly enough, no. The first episode where Heidi said she liked Odd was in Routine, which I think should be your answer right there. After the first return trip, when they had the camera on Heidi while panning the school, you see her making talking motions and saying, "actually I like Odd" or something to that extent to one of her friends. Anyways, yeah, it should be Routine.

I quite rember that. It happened twice, I guess, and it was more likely background voices (along with somebody saying something about a videogame's level).

Well, if you're asking when did they have a non-monster related defense and something other than moving walls, that would actually be Exploration, when Yumi had to get past a field of lasers. The way the question was posed was bit vague.
