The way I see it, everyone likes and dislikes certain things. If someone dislikes Code Lyoko enough to make a graphic about it, then I'm not going to fault them. I really hate Barney, but loads of kids love him. To each his own.

Really, you have to think about it from their perspective. It probably upsets them just as much to see this community thriving as it upsets us to see there are anti-Lyoko groups out there.

So, whatever. We leave them be, and agree to disagree. It's something that comes with every fandom, trust me.

Haha. I really don't see a need to get bent out of shape over this. Especially because,

1. There are anti-fandom groups for everything. Having one or two for CL does not matter.

2. People who find happiness in creating a group just to bash something are pretty sad people. :/

3. That graphic is pretty silly looking, if you ask me... It would be a lot more respectable if it didn't look like it was made in MS Paint.

Excellent points. Plus, if I've seen far crueler things written in reviews at IMDB than this...this is mild compared to some of the really "anti-code lyoko" things that are likely out there. I never could understand the point of an "Anti-fan group"...why dedicate so much time and energy to spreading negative pictures about a show you hate like that, when it would be much easier to spread positive pictures of the shows you actually like, and giving them your full support instead? *shrugs sadly*

Well, you know, the pen (or rather, the keyboard in this case) can be your most reliable weapon. Anti-fandom groups? That's pretty much just self-insulting, because it just proves that you have nothing better to do.

I really can't see why people like to be so negative. But I think it's just a matter of getting attention... If they feel they can't get what they want by saying they like something, they try again by saying they dislike something. It's... weird.

But, like you said... there are worse things. And of course, it takes all kinds to make a world.

There are anti CL fans as well as anti anime fans in general. There is even a site called animesucks.com (might be .net). Personally, if you dont like somthing, just dont watch it. I hate reality tv shows with a firey passion, doesnt mean Im going to go make something like "realitytvsucks.com" (I wonder if that exists...lol).

I think anti-clubs are product from rivalries... I mean, Buffy The Vampire Slayer had to duke it with Charmed; Star Wars vs Star Trek... I don't know if I'm making a point, but an anti-fan has to be a fan of something to hate another thing. It can be seen as a waste of time. But some anti-clubs are funny... like the Jar Jar Binks ones... lol. *gets shot*

Too true!

It's like political debates (in most cases). You're not going to change anyone's mind, and there's a 99% chance that it will end in frustration/other negative feelings, so why bother?

I think that if Code Lyoko is popular enough to get an Anti Group then yay for us! I mean really if Code Lyoko wasn't a good show then why would they waste thier time....Unless of course they were idiots with nothing better to do....But that seems to be the case anyway....
