1.Yumi would drop him so quick, right out of her life

3.She would start dating william on purpose to make ulrich pissed

Oh!!! I dont know if anyone remembers the episode with that sludge monster and the movie star... Ulrich and Sissi slept in the same tent... It gave me an idea of how much Ulrich liked Sissi. I saw the workers sleep out so he didint have to be in the tent...

I think Ulrich feels like it's his job to protect Sissi from the dangers that are very well known to be in the world (due to Xana). Especially as sensitive as she is...

She is more or less a tool that keeps things running smoothly for the team so that they don't have to deal with school getting in the way. That's what all the kissing's all about really...

i guess... her behavior is improving in season two, but ulrich has to pick; yumi or sissi. he's basically playing them both for the time he does not choose which one of them he loves.

He obviously loves the crud out of Yumi, but he's developing a soft spot for Sissi as she grows greater control of her actions.

As far as jealousies go, Yumi is mature enough to handle hers well. Whenever she seems jealous of Sissy trying to make a move on Ulrich, she fumes quietly rather than start trouble. Ulrich, on the other hand....he doesn't do too well when it comes to Yumi and William. As we've seen in "A Bad Turn", he'll even get physical if he's angry enough.

But as for the couplings, Ulrich will obviously wind up with Yumi as soon as they get over their angst stage. As of so far, Sissy's more on the road of ending up with Odd (but please don't tell either of them I said that!)

I disagree with that a little. Odd plays girls (er...sort of)...not Ulrich. There's nothing wrong with being kind or amiable to another girl, which is all that Ulrich has done really to Sissi. She's been far more helpful and Ulrich's up-holding the promise he made to her long ago to be nicer to her as her own actions towards the group have been kinder (along with her own personal treatment of the others). Just because he shows her kindness, and doesn't lose his temper as often with her as he used to, doesn't mean he loves her in the way he does Yumi. And, even the fact that he asked her to the dance in "The Key", doesn't mean he has any romantic feelings for her because he only did it to make Yumi jealous (old habits die hard), and he then stood her up (which actually wasn't very nice in retrospect) in order to go apologize for his actions to Yumi. Besides, if showing kindness and compassion to a girl automatically meant that the boy in question must also be in love with her, then Ulrich would have to be in love with Yumi, Sissi, and Aelita (not to mention Millie, Emily, and any other girl that he's done a kindness to). And clearly that just isn't the case.

To be honest, "Cold War" erased just about any doubt I could possibly have about those two. Ulrich loves Yumi more than life itself it seems, and I don't think even becoming good friends with Sissi (even as good a friend as he is to Aelita, Odd, or Jeremie) would change that. The same goes for Yumi; she's also obviously learned to control her own jealous tendencies very well (even since "St. Valentines Day) because, as you'll notice in "The Key", after she turned William down only to find out that Ulrich had (in a fit of jealousy) asked Sissi out to the dance, she did not go back to William and ask him to the dance to get back at Ulrich (as she might have done before). She opted to not go to the dance at all, instead, finally out-growing that "turnabout is fair play" attitude that had been so common in the both of them before.

They're both maturing, and with that maturity, they're feelings for each other are growing that much stronger.

Now back on the topic... I can believe that Yumi and Ulrich's feelings are maturing, but not in a complete phase enough to see them as a couple yet. And another idea would be to make statements not only from what we have seen, but also gathering information such as the letter in french about Season 3 and 4 that said the USA producers were asking for less romance. And if that makes an influence, the Ulrich/Yumi/Sissi (and probably William) case would extend maybe until the final episode.

Sorry if I can't make a good point. F**king Jetix delays the airing of new episodes...

I difinetly agree with what Mewberries said Just because Ulrich is nicer to Sissi doesn't mean he is falling in love with her. and for the record in "Cold War" did anyone catch the last part that Ulrich said to the near death Yumi he said " Yumi I need you " I thought that was sweet. a little late seeing as she was passed out but what can you do.

That was a very nice touch indeed. He also lost control when he couldn't get his cell to work to tell Jeremie to RTTP.

me too..i remembered that scene..when i see that scene..i was really crying..because because..it's very hard to Ulrich..and i was very worried about Yumi
