My boyfriend and i arent doing so well.

we started going out at the beginning of the year, but lately things have just been bad with us. we used to talk on the phone almost every night and we went on a lot of dates and stuff. but lately we barely even speak.

Ive tried asking wats wrong but he always just says its nothing and that i shouldnt worry.

but i know its not nothing and it really bothers me.

should i threaten to break up with him unless he starts telling me whats going on? because i cant be in a relationship thats as shut off as this one is. (but on the other hand, we HAVE been going out since the beginning of the year and i like him a lot. we've been friends long b4 we started dating and in 6th grade he was my first real kiss. so i have a lot of attachment to him. thats why this is so hard for me...)

First off, correct your capitalization at the begining of a sentence.

Second, try talking to him about this problem. Maybe the both of you can find a solution. And if this is his first relationship, that's another story. If not, then you both can find a solution.

Sorry. I really am trying with the spelling rule.Im just not used to it yet...

I've tried to talk to him about it like I said. But he's very hard to get thru to. And this isnt either of our first relationships, so weve both been around the block a few times. (actually, he went out with erynn back when she went to school in michigan with me. funny how that works.)

I hope hes not like cheating on me or something. i dont know if i'd be able to take that.

Keep trying. The more you start to spell better, it will come to you by instinct.

Cheating.... that would be a matter of looks or maybe some unsecurity on both sides. As for cheating, I have the concept that the hot guy or girl always cheats first. But then again, I could be wrong.

If you threaten to break up, he'll either be like NO! [if he really cares about you, and this isnt about him having feelings for someone else] or he is just doing this because he wants you to break up with him because he might like someone else. So, either way is tricky. If he doesn't care if you threaten to break up with him, then it's best to just leave him, you deserve better!
