Love that show. I just love the idea of spinning tops competing against each other. Whatll they think of next? Tyson is the main character, confident to the point of bragging. Kai is a serious toughie. Max is Tysons best friend and fellow Beyblader. Kenny is a serious nerd who uses a talking computer to analyze battles. Ray is a Chinese blader who has some issues with his team at the start. Hilary is Tysons wanna be girlfriend (what competition anime doesnt?). I love the punk rock theme song it has and the score that plays when the battles get hot.
How interesting can a TV show about spinning tops be? My guess is not very; getting a top and spinning it would probably be more entertaining and might even be time better spent...
Sure it's not an advertising ploy to sell flashier and more expensive tops?

I agree with that. The series was good to start out, but has gotten progressively worse. I stopped watching it, but I love Rei...

Yeah, I used to be like REALLY REALLY obsessed with Beyblade when I was a bit younger.. but then it jumped the shark about 57 times so i eventually gave up. (I so pwned everyone with my little spinning top thingy! xD)
Well its one of the better things to watch at 1:30am (on TV, better things on my pc) i dont watch it much though, my favourite charachter would have to be kye though, i might have to try and download that battle near the end of G revolution where he beat that guy.
Werwek wrote:Actually...I like it more in the last season (G revolution) it's just so bad it's good....or at least hilary is hotter with her little jeans ^^
Hilary is really cute but she was hotter in her skirt in s2

Anyway. Max was my favorite character.
Aww! Max was such a cutie. Even though sometimes kinda spacey. (..STOP LOOKING AT ME WEIRD!! >.>)
I think my favorite character was Ray/Rei. He was awesomeee. (And his bitbeast was a freaking WHITE TIGERR! My favoritest animal in the whole world.)
Actually.. I think the first website I ever went to like, regularly, was a Beyblade fansite by a little missy by the name of...
Uh...
Crap. I forget her name. And where the site was. But it was cool, she hosted my first "AMV" ever (which consisted of really crappy pictures with edited text, and music. xD)
It's official name among my friends is GAYblade. It's idiotic, and magical spinning tops? That's REALLY idiotic. And I only saw one episode!
"Mrs. Della Robbia, here is your newborn child," said the doctor.
The baby had a purple streak on his cone-shaped hair.
"That's odd..." said Mrs. Della Robbia.
The doctor wrote down on the name space on the birth certificate
"Odd Della Robbia".
And that's how he got his name!
