I've seen this before. I forget why it does it, but I think it has to do with the fact that when you log in and it tells you you've done so properly, it says that person is logging on.
Likewise, when guests are trying to log in but they enter the wrong information and are denied access, it says that they're logging on.
Don't bother sending me messages or anything, I'm not in charge of the site anymore.

Kill PhpBB creators for this. Or just ask Star Way to remove this "logging on" from PhpBB sources... that's all.

Another thing I notice and this isnt a big deal, but its just a bit freaky, is that sometimes people's names will be on the list, you refresh, then they arent there, but yet they are still posting and whatnot...weird..
