So from a technical standpoint your statement actually says that she lost her virginity at 9 not depending on if it was consentual or not.

In the mean time, though, don't try to rush into it. A lot of people go to parties and play truth-or-dare just to get their first kiss, but personally I think that's sort of depriving yourself of the joy that comes from sharing your first kiss with someone you really care about.

Yeah, I know about statutory rape.. but what if they were like, kids? (talkin' 9 here, not 13)

I know it's highly improbable, but hypothetically here. What would they do? Could they do anything? I mean, they're too young to go to juvy and it's not like they did anything technically "illegal".. I thought at some point they just say "kids are kids" and look over it? I'm not allowed to date people until I'm 15. I've never even heard of people kissing before age 16. When I was ten, my friend says

I'm twelve. My other friend is thirteen, and he went on a date. He and his gf didn't really consider it a date.

well with kissing it really depends on your standpoint if you just want to do it as a benchmark and then move on or if you just have low self confidence and feel the need to validate your existence with the presence of a significant other (in this case the prescence of their lips on yours) then it really doen't matter how it happens, but if you want to do it to feel loved or whatever or feel like it has to be Mr. or Ms. right to do it then I sugest waiting until you meet someone who has things in common with you, its sort of like ions, in ionic bonding (or bonding with someone not similar to you) it only lasts until electrons are exchanged, whereas covalent bonding is two people who have 4 valence electrons and share them to make a full energy level of 8 electrons

Yes, I agree. Last year, I met this girl who started saying that I was cool and some other strange and scary things. Now she doesn't talk to me anymore. It's like losing a friend. Because it is losing a friend.

I actually disagree. I believe there are different stages or levels of love. When you're in kindergarten, you love everyone. It's a different love as opposed to a 4th grader's 'i'll love you if you...' I can't explain it well, but I think that at different times in your life, you have different levels of love. I totally totally get what you're saying. Like right now, I am thinking love is SO strong. And it is to big a word for my vocabulary right now. It takes a lot to love someone. Also, whoever said that to kiss someone, you have to love them?
