I ban IH because because it;s still cloudy but not rainy.
Next Japanese Holiday:

July/August 7, Star Festival (tanabata)

About: 7th day of the 7th month of the year, when, according to a Chinese legend, the two stars Altair and Vega, which are usually separated from each other by the milky way, are able to meet. Some celebrate it in July others in August. Tanabata is not a national holiday.

I ban IH because I still have to wait ~ 3 hours and 15 minutes. :(

I ban IH because he doesn't know that in the USA that CL no matter where you are starts at 4 (if you don't have satelite).
