Paige wrote:Thanks for the advice! I took that to heart, and I invited him over yesterday, and I talked to him about how I didn't appreciate him doing that, and he said that he was sorry that he did that, and he definitely got carried away. So I guess everything is back to normal. But I did tell him that if he tried it again, I would break up with him. And we both don't want that. That would hurt both of us very much, so I'm pretty sure it won't happen again. I might give him ONE more break if he does try it again, but other than that, no.
I know that most girls would probably have just gone along with it. But, I have standards, and I have primary sources from my sister about how those things go, and she says it isn't worth it. And making out can be just as enjoyable. So I'm sticking to that, and I'll just push him off and leave... but only one more time.
Also, yes it was in his church... that is SO wrong, I know... but it's like the only time we can ever be alone.... so. And also, he is usually VERY respectful, and is a doll to my family, and our families like eachother, so that's good. This is probably just a one time thing where he got carried away. I usually don't go for guys who only want sex. I think that is so degrading on my part.

Have you ever been to Live Journal?
Or better yet, MY live journal?
I am one of thoes sensitive guys who want a relationship. It's the women who don't want that type of guy.

I think that this thread in particular disproves that theory, PepsiPiper. I think a lot of the female members here would also disagree with that generally as well.

Finally, someone who is actually disturbed by this! What took you?!Chosen_one wrote:The BB of C wrote:Wow, how in the heck did you find a guy that wants an actual relationship?
I think it's sick, degrading, shameful, and dishonorable that so many guys out there want a girlfriend just 'cause they're hot or popular. To me, it gives guys a bad image.
I'm a guy and my friends and I are nothing like that. We're not competitive, we hate sports, and we don't care if someone is popular or not. We don't judge people by stereotype.Misha-san wrote:PERSONAL WHORE
Okay, that was just disturbing. Some rich people have personal chefs, personal resturaunts, personal movie theaters, personal barbers, but personal whore?! That's just wrong.
Paige, I'm glad your boyfriend understood and respected your wishes. People who don't respect their boyfriend/girlfriends' wishes shouldn't deserve to date.
