Hehe Trowa Barton and Ulrich Stern - I think I put up some comparison pics of these two a while back. Gotta love the unibangs!Looking at the Trowa pics, he also has vaguely triangular eyebrows and those 'casual' pictures at the bottom scream 'ULRICH' to me!

Nice find Mew

^^ Usually I'd agree with that...but Mr. Delmas has the same exact kind of part in his hair as Miyazaki-san does. The design of their glasses is also quite similar (a triangular rim for the nose). It's a pretty weird coincidence...I guess we'd just have to ask the character designers to know for sure though.
Anyway, having recently seen "My Neighbor Totoro"...please consider the following two pictures:

Link 2
Do these two look slightly similar at all to anyone else? ^^; I might be just overly obsessive here but they did sort of strike me as looking like incarnations of each other. X)
Also...on a non-Miyazaki related note, but still on a "Character Inspiration" issue...these two pictures are also of interest:
Trowa
Ulrich

I've always wondered what would happen if a blonde Saiyan went Super...

But his movies have some pretty cool animation. Up until the pig part, I really liked the movie.
